According to a MIT study, Kansas is flatter than a pancake. The secret to Kansas is the prairie landscape. It has a subtle beauty about it, and booming skies over the vast open and rolling prairies. The Flint Hills of east-central Kansas are anything but flat. They are the grazing land for two million head of cattle, devided up among vast cattle ranches. The people are smart, hard working and prosperous.
